Jeffrey Parker   JEFFREY PARKER
CEO/President
Is the co-founder of ATAC and has managed the company since inception. His efforts have been instrumental in laying the foundations for the growth of outsourced tactical airborne services to the US military. Under Mr. Parker's leadership, ATAC has flown with and against the nation's most capable pilots and aircraft, including the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). ATAC is the only civilian entity certified by TOPGUN as an Adversary Support asset to the Navy, and the only company that flies missions in support of operational USAF F-22 Raptor squadrons.

Ralph Kunz   RALPH KUNZ
COO
Mr. Kunz is an Executive with over 27 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Mr. Kunz has led organizations in every facet of the aerospace industry; Product Development, Production, Repair and Overhaul. Prior to joining ATAC, Mr. Kunz assignments included serving as the President of SEI of America, at SEI of America Mr. Kunz built an organization into full service Aerospace MRO and Completions center. Mr. Kunz held executive positions at Keystone Helicopter (a division of Sikorsky). At Keystone Helicopters, Mr. Kunz led the 2 of the 5 divisions.

John Burch   JOHN BURCH
Senior VP/Director of Flight Operations
John "Market" Burch was the first pilot hired by ATAC and has been with the company since February 2002; accumulating over 2000 hours in ATAC aircraft including the F-21 Kfir, MK-58 Hunter and the A-4N Skyhawk. After graduation from the United States Naval Academy in 1967, he embarked on a long carrier aviation career where he flew the F-4 Phantom, A-7 Corsair and the F-14 Tomcat. A combat veteran, he deployed on 10 carrier cruises, accumulating over 4000 hours and over 1100 carrier landings. Mr. Burch commanded Fighter Squadron Thirty One; in his last tour of duty as a Navy Captain he was the Operations Officer for Carrier Group Two.

Scott Stacy   SCOTT STACY
Director of Business Development
Scott "Brillo" Stacy is a retired Colonel with over 24 years of service with the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard. A Command pilot with over 4,000 hours, he is a Graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course and recipient of the USAF Francis Gabreski Award and Dadaelian Outstanding Fighter Pilot award. In addition to operational experience he served with the 422 Test and Evaluation Squadron as a pilot and program manager, and was a USAF Fighter Weapons School F-15 Instructor Pilot.

Jeff Stewart   JEFF STEWART
Director of Finance
Mr. Stewart joined ATAC in 2010 as Director of Finance and Controller. He has a strong background based on formal education and a progressive 14-year career in the financial management field with several prominent organizations. Prior to joining ATAC, Mr. Stewart spent 4 years with ITT Corporation, a top 10 Defense Contractor in New York in various roles with his last being Business Area Director of Finance responsible for five locations across the U.S..

Lloyd Thomas   LLOYD THOMAS
Director of Maintenance
Lloyd Thomas is a retired SMSgt (E-8) from the U.S. Air Force. He served 28 years in various roles during his tenure in the Air Force. He is an experienced maintenance manager who has extensive experience in the Fighter maintenance world having worked on the F-15 A, B, C, D and E, He was selected as one of the initial cadre of personnel to work on the F-117 Nighthawk. He was also assigned to the F-16 as a maintenance manager during a tour in Korea. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of every level of enlisted Professional Military Education (PME) and also served as an instructor and Major Command Program Manager during his career. He has an AA in aeronautical aviation applied sciences.

Kenya Manning   KENYA MANNING
Human Resources Manager
Ms. Manning has 13 years of experience in the Human Resources career field and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to ATAC. Previously she was employed with Titan America where she honed her skills dealing with all areas of HR. She is well versed in union relations as well as performance management systems, benefit administration, awards and recognition programs, and employment laws in various states. She assumed her current role at ATAC in July of 2009. Ms. Manning has made numerous improvements at ATAC to include streamlining the payroll process, enhancing employee satisfaction while also increasing efficiencies resulting in direct cost savings for the company. Her expertise has directly resulted in enhancements to ATAC's benefits programs, providing its employees with low and no cost life insurance plans previously unavailable to them.
